Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar

Sweet traditional balsamic vinegar combines with the tart citrus flavor of whole fruit tangerine essence in our balanced Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar.

It’s both a customer and staff favorite that’s perfect for everything from salad dressings to chicken marinades to chocolate fudge.

Pair Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar with Blood Orange Olive Oil, Eureka Lemon Olive Oil, Persian Lime Olive Oil, or your favorite single varietal extra virgin olive oil for a bright vinaigrette.

Add a minced shallot or a spoonful of Dijon mustard for extra kick.  We love it on a spinach salad with crumbled goat cheese, our favorite nuts (especially almonds), and fresh citrus segments.  Or use baby greens and add a sliced avocado, cotija cheese, pomegranate seeds, pepitas and thinly sliced red onions.

If you love takeout tangerine chicken, try marinating diced chicken in a combination of 2 parts Garlic Olive Oil and 1 part Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar for 30 minutes. Stir fry until the chicken is cooked through and to caramelize the marinade, then serve over rice with steamed broccoli and vegetables.

We love it on winter fruit salads, drizzled over roasted beets, added to carrots during the last 5 minutes of roasting or sautéing, or tossed with your favorite roasted winter squash.

For those of you with a sweet tooth, check out our recipes for brownies with dark chocolate tangerine ganache or our decadent tangerine balsamic chocolate fudge.

What are your favorite ways to use Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar?  Do you use any other product pairings that we missed?
