Easy and delicious, these oatmeal pancakes are a great way to get a healthy start to your day.

They are especially tasty when served with our Maple, or Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix Butter Oil and Maple Balsamic Vinegar in a pitcher for serving and set aside.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Mix milk, egg, oil and honey.

  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry, adding the apples or berries if you choose, and mixing well.

  5. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.

  6. Cook on a hot griddle. May need to spread the batter around on the griddle with the back of the spoon.

*A fresh pressed mild extra virgin olive oil can be substituted for the Blood Orange Olive Oil, or any or our of other fruit infused oils.
