Lemon Asparagus


  • 2 bunches fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Scene Eureka Lemon Olive Oil
  • Sea salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Thinly shaved Parmesan or Pecorino cheese


  1. Lightly brush Lemon Olive Oil over asparagus and grill.
  2. Remove from grill and drizzle more lemon oil over asparagus spears.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thinly shaved cheese.
