Persian Lime Carrots

Cooking Time: 10-15    Servings: 4-6

Products needed:

Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil


  • Organic* carrots peeled and sliced (or for ease, use a bag of baby carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Scene Extra Virgin Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper


  1. Steam carrots in as little water as possible.
  2. Drizzle with the Persian Lime Olive Oil.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot or cold.

* In our opinion, carrots are one of the vegetables that it may make more sense to spend a little more on to buy organic for a healthier product. Enjoy!
