Spinach Salad with Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinaigrette

Products needed:

  • Herbes de Provence Infused Olive Oil
  • Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar


  • 1 lb Spinach, stems removed
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup blanched almonds
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Scene Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cup Olive Scene Herbes de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • dash sea salt
  • couple of dashes of fresh ground pepper


  1. Place spinach and strawberries in a bowl, toss in almonds.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. 
  3. Toss salad with dressing about 15 minutes prior to serving.
