Products needed:
- Herbes de Provence Infused Olive Oil
- Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Spinach, stems removed
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup blanched almonds
- 3 tablespoons Olive Scene Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ cup Olive Scene Herbes de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- dash sea salt
- couple of dashes of fresh ground pepper
Directions:
- Place spinach and strawberries in a bowl, toss in almonds.
- In another bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Toss salad with dressing about 15 minutes prior to serving.
