- ¼ head of cabbage, very thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Olive Scene medium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Olive Scene Champagne Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Place thinly sliced cabbage in a medium sized bowl.
- Sprinkle on olive oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Adjust seasonings.
- Let sit for 10 minutes for the cabbage to absorb some of the dressing.
