Seasoned Cabbage Slaw

  • ¼ head of cabbage, very thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Scene medium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Scene Champagne Balsamic Vinegar 
  • ¼ teaspoon of sugar 
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Place thinly sliced cabbage in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Sprinkle on olive oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss.
  4. Adjust seasonings.
  5. Let sit for 10 minutes for the cabbage to absorb some of the dressing.
