- Oregano Balsamic Vinegar
- Basil Infused Olive Oil
- 2 fresh zucchini cut in half lengthwise and sliced into thick slices
- 1 small red onion cut in half and sliced
- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon Olive Scene Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Olive Scene Oregano Balsamic Vinegar
- Place vegetables in a large bowl.
- Blend the oil, vinegar and dill together in a bowl.
- Toss with vegetables and serve.
