Avocado Orange Salad

Products needed:
Cilantro Infused Olive Oil
Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
Ingredients:
- 8 cups mixed salad greens, chopped
- 2 cups orange segments, chopped
- 2 avocado, diced
- ½ cup slivered red onion
- ½ cup (to taste) Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette
Directions:
- Wash greens and divide between six salad plates.
- Top with oranges, avocado and onion.
- Spoon vinaigrette over salad and serve.
Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup packed cilantro
- ¼ cup Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon minced garlic
- Place all in a blender and blend until smooth.
