- 1 can (29oz) Roasted Red Peppers
- 1/4 c bold Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- crusty bread, sliced and cut in half
- Drain the peppers very well and tear them into strips.
- Place in shallow bowl.
- Add rest of ingredients and toss to coat.
- Allow to marinate 1 hour at least.
