Chipotle Infused Olive Oil
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 2 tablespoons Olive Scene Chipotle Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped green olives
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 ½ teaspoons horseradish
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour.
- Perfect sauce to serve with crab cakes, shrimp, lobster, salmon dishes, open faced tuna sandwiches, or even to dip onions rings in.
