Smoky Blue Cheese and Balsamic Kettle Chips

Cooking Time: 3-4 min    Servings: 6-8

Products needed:

  • Traditional 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar*
  • Chipotle Infused Olive Oil*


  • 1 large bag Kettle potato chips with sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive Scene Chipotle Oil (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Scene 18 Year Balsamic vinegar (or more, to taste)
  • 2-3 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 green onion, chopped


  1. Arrange potato chips on an oven safe dish, and drizzle LIGHTLY with Chipotle Oil, and sprinkle on blue cheese.
  2. Warm in oven {at 350} for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove dish and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  4. Sprinkle with bacon and green onions and serve immediately.
