Products needed:

Fig Balsamic Vinegar


  • A wedge of a soft, pungent cheese such as Brie or Gorgonzola
  • 1/4 c Fig Balsamic Jam (available at The Olive Scene)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive Scene Fig Balsamic Vinegar 
  • Sesame Tortilla Chips or small slices of crusty bread


  1. Place your cheese of choice on a serving dish. 
  2. Spread jam over top of cheese.
  3. Drizzle cheese with Fig Balsamic Vinegar. 
  4. Arrange chips or bread around the cheese and serve.
