Mango White Balsamic Vinegar

Sweet, fruity, floral, and acidic. How do we pack all of those flavors in to our Mango White Balsamic Vinegar? We use prized Alfoos mangos and pair them with our Ultra Premium White Balsamic for a complex ingredient that can be used for both sweet or savory dishes.

Mango White Balsamic Vinegar makes a fantastic salad dressing when paired with our Persian Lime, Blood Orange, or a single varietal extra virgin olive oil.

For a spicy marinade, use equal parts Mango White Balsamic Vinegar and your favorite spicy olive oil from The Olive Scene, like Chipotle, Harissa, or Cayenne Olive Oil. Add a few cloves of minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and you’ve got a delicious way to prepare chicken, pork, white fish, and shrimp.

If spicy isn’t your thing, try matching Mango White Balsamic Vinegar with Basil, Cilantro & Roasted Onion, Rosemary, or Garlic Olive Oil instead.

Drizzle it over avocados or add a little bit to your guacamole or salsa. Stir some into sour cream for your tacos or nachos. Our Avocado Shrimp Boats would be even better with 2 teaspoons of Mango White Balsamic Vinegar added to the filling. A touch of Mango White Balsamic Vinegar and our Harissa Olive Oil make hummus a special gourmet treat. Our Black Bean and Sweet Corn Salad recipe has just a hint of mango to sweeten it up.

It’s also sweet enough to use as a syrup in fruit salads or as a low-calorie flavoring for iced tea and water. We even use it as a replacement for honey or maple syrup in our Mango, Coconut, and Almond granola recipe.

What are your favorite ways to use our incredible Mango White Balsamic Vinegar?
