For a delicious marinade, combine 1 part Lemongrass Mint Balsamic with 2 parts of Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil, or Gremolata Infused Olive Oil. Marinate fish, shrimp or pork in a combination of Lemongrass Mint Balsamic and Garlic Infused Olive Oil before tossing it on the grill. Finish with a sprinkle of cilantro.
The recipe for Thai Dressing (above) is versatile and packed full of flavor. Use it as a dipping sauce for sliced vegetables, dress a carrot salad with it, or add shredded chicken for a Thai chicken salad. You can make a refreshing Thai Pasta salad by tossing cold spaghetti (or try rice noodles if you can find them!), chilled cooked shrimp, sliced cucumbers, and shaved carrots in the dressing. Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges and thinly sliced jalapeno peppers for the spice-lovers.
For another flavorful dressing, puree shallots, garlic and Lemongrass Mint Balsamic in a blender. With the blender running, slowly add Basil Infused Olive Oil to emulsify. Use to dress hearty greens such as kale or cabbage. You can purchase pre-shredded cabbage blends and make a refreshing Asian Cabbage Slaw. Toss with the dressing and add roasted peanuts and cilantro. We also love this dressing drizzled over a bed of jasmine rice with grilled vegetables and tuna steaks.
Make a dipping sauce for lettuce wraps or spring rolls by adding a drizzle of Japanese sesame oil to a small bowl of Lemongrass Mint Balsamic. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
