Porcini mushrooms, morels, and cayenne pepper combine to create a rich and savory pasta that bursts with the taste of fresh mushrooms. Oak brown with a hint of maple on the nose, it is great with light crème sauces, but can also stand up to a spicy Primavera, served under an Oriental vegetable stir-fry or creamy chicken casseroles. Superb with both red and white wine reductions, and with sauces that contain chicken stock or fish sauces. This linguini will add depth to simple grilled seafood, poultry and pork entrees, but works equally well when topped with saucy meats, stews, stroganoff or chili. Enhance the smooth flavor with a simple drizzle of Olive Scene Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil and a sprinkle of freshly grated Romano cheese.  12 oz package.
