The Frantoio olive cultivar originated in the Tuscan region of Italy, and is one of the most famous and appreciated all over the world. This season, we are happy to have acquired a Spanish version that is intensely herbaceous, and chocked full of desirable pepper. Savory herb notes, with green artichoke and nettle, this example displays capsicum like sensations and registers high in antioxidant content without a ton of bitterness. This oil is pure robust magic.
