Originating in Spain in 1991, this new cultivar is a cross between the iconic Spanish Picual and Arbequina varieties. Chiquitita trees are perfectly suited to the climate of Portugal, and the oil produced from them is a showstopper. Sweet and delicate, it displays pleasant notes of green almond and olive. A beautiful, unique and rare varietal that makes a lovely drizzle over fruit, ice cream, veggies, steaks or pasta.
