- In a small deep bowl whisk first three ingredients together, then drizzle in the olive oil whisking constantly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over green beans and toss well.
- Set aside a small amount of the currants and pine nuts for a garnish, then add the pine nuts and black currants to the beans and toss again.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
May make up to 4 hours ahead. Garnish just before serving. Enjoy!
