Making fresh popcorn is a snap, and we've kicked up the health and flavor by using fresh pressed olive oil. Be creative and use your favorite Fused or Infused Olive Oil for a gourmet snack!
¼ cup Olive Scene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup popcorn
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Heat a few kernels in oil in a large pot over medium heat until one pops. Add popcorn and cover the pot. Cook, shaking the pot, until the popping subsides. Toss with sea salt. Makes 16 cups
