- 3 tablespoons Traditional 18 Yr Balsamic Vinegar
- 2/3 cup Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style whole grain mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
