Avocado Orange Salad

Products needed:
Cilantro Infused Olive Oil
Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups mixed salad greens, chopped
  • 2 cups orange segments, chopped 
  • 2 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup slivered red onion
  • ½ cup (to taste) Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette        

Directions:

  1. Wash greens and divide between six salad plates. 
  2. Top with oranges, avocado and onion. 
  3. Spoon vinaigrette over salad and serve.


Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

  • ¼ cup packed cilantro
  • ¼ cup Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon minced garlic
  1.         Place all in a blender and blend until smooth.
