Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 lb Fresh arugula
- 2 tablespoons Olive Scene Sicilian Lemon or Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 tablespoons Olive Scene Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh Parmesan shavings
- Grilled Chicken or Turkey (optional)
- Wisk the balsamic and olive oil and drizzle over arugula to taste.
- Top with grilled chicken or turkey, if using, and parmesan. Enjoy!
