Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 6 slices Italian or French bread, cut 1/4 inch thick
- 6 slices tomato
- 6 tablespoons Olive Scene Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 6 teaspoons freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Toast the bread slices, and brush Garlic Olive Oil on each slice.
- Add a slice of tomato, some basil, a little salt, plenty of pepper and a tsp of cheese to each slice.
- Serve immediately.
